My name is Linda Direen and I am the creator of Beauty on Eden. After studying as a beauty therapist in Melbourne, I have been a beauty therapist now for over 34 years and have spent the last 23years in Oamaru with my husband and children. 

I feel privileged to be a beauty therapist and believe it is the personal touches that make the difference with every treatment I offer. This is why many of my customers have allowed me to be part of their lives for so many years.

My involvement in the industry has led me on a rewarding journey of personal growth as co-owner of a nationally recognised beauty salon in Oamaru for 9 years - Belle Visage Beauty Therapy. Now my home based business Beauty on Eden for 13 years.

This philosophy has also steered me to start a community cancer support programe called "Day of Delights" for women in Oamaru undergoing cancer treatments which went for 5 years. I now offer menopause group sessions called "Getting intimate with menopause" to help support woman through their mid life journey.
